We moved again to a location approximately 3 miles WSW of Dover when a tornado emerged from the rain. We're not sure if this was a continuation of the original tornado near Loyal (would have to last almost 20 mins), though we think it was a new tornado.

Just after the close encounter with the tornado, Roger and I endured the worst 20 minute stretch in our chase careers spanning 25+ years. An almost unbelievable chaser convergence completely clogged hwy 33 around Kingfisher, and all side roads, for miles
